Realistic development advice
Our specialists provide realistic advice about the planning potential of a site or development opportunity before sale or purchase. Having considered the planning position, we prepare and submit applications and associated information to the local planning authority. During the application process, we communicate with the planning authority and provide any additional information that they require.
