Advice on all aspects of planning permission
Once this has been done, we can advise on and manage the process of preparing, submitting and negotiating a planning permission. This preparation and co-ordination of technical supporting information includes Design and Access Statements and other supporting documents and may be in conjunction with other consultants.

Additionally, we give consideration to legal agreements and infrastructure payments, including Section 106 Agreements.

When a planning application is refused
Occasionally, planning applications are refused. If this happens, we can look at the reasons stated on the decision notice. We can then consider re-presenting the application or appealing to the Planning Inspectorate (the independent body for planning appeals). Should this be necessary, we can prepare, submit and handle the appeal on your behalf.

Strategic planning support
We also provide a strategic planning service in conjunction with land development. This involves promoting housing sites through the local development plan process.
